We are all heavily distracted and struggle to exist in the moments we have, instead we focus our efforts on editing our ideas and ourselves in a chase to cultivate something 'perfect'. Moments matter, whether they be filled with joy, creativity or grief and engaging with music is a perfect way to exist in the moment.
