Undisputedly the number one platform for showcasing African and African-influenced sounds from across the globe, Soundway Records' back catalogue includes the likes of The Heliocentrics, Flamingods, Ibibio Sound Machine, Family Atlantica and more.

As well as providing a home for up and coming and established artists, Soundway's compilation records have been equally lauded, from 'Ghana Soundz' and 'Kenya Special' to 'Sound Of Siam' and 'Doing It In Lagos'.

Huw Bennett, the producer behind the Gambian / UK project 'Susso' (debut LP 'Keira' released on Soundway Oct '16), has recently put together a band to tour and promote the record, and is now bringing it to The Jazz Cafe. Along with some special guests, the live band will reinterpret carefully selected Soundway classics through the ages, live!
